I'm getting so tired of how I'm living my life. I'm so unhappy and no one to blame but myself. When I was working out in the boot camp class I was happy, staying busy and I could feel my body growing stronger. For the last couple of months I've been sitting on my bottom not doing a damn thing really. I've got to stop it. So I think I'll start working out at home, some cardio everyday and alternating between lower and upper body workouts.
Lower body HIIT workout
So I was looking around Google and found this lower body workout, I'll start with it tomorrow (when I'm not so hungover) and post a first thing in the am weight.
So on Wednesday I'll do the lower body HIIT and some cardio, on Thursday I'll find an upper body one and then do some cardio as well. And no drinking!! Paul is gone this week so it should be easier than if he was here.
